물위의 힐링, 카누명상 체험하기
이 연구의 목적은 카누명상 팸투어 참여자를 대상으로 카누명상 체험의 내용을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 카누명상 팸투어에 참가한 18명(여16 명, 남2명)을 대상으로 카누명상 체험설문지를 수집하여 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 카누명상 팸투어 참가자들은 정신적, 영적 건 강을 얻었다고 하였다. 그동안 레저스포츠가 오락과 재미만을 추구했다면 이 연구를 통해서 레저스포츠를 하는 이유가 오락과 재미를 넘어 힐링에서 찾고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 단순히 건강과 재미만을 추구하는 것이 아니라 가족과 함께 체험할 수 있고, 가족과 더불어 함께 힐링 할 수 있는 레저스포츠를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여자들은 카누명상을 통하 여 마음의 평화를 얻은 것으로 관찰 할 수 있었고 만족도가 높은 것으로 보 였다. 결국, 카누명상 참여자들에게 레저스포츠를 선택한 목적은 힐링에 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 가족건강을 주된 목적 역시 힐링이라는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 한국에서 레저스포츠관광이 성공하기 위해서는 오락에 집중하기 보 다는 힐링에 대한 관심이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 레저스포츠가 단지 재미 만을 추구하는 것이 아니라 헬스테인먼트로서 역할을 할 때 레저스포츠에 참여하는 사람들이 늘어 날 것이며, 이들을 대상자로 한 레저스포츠관광 역 시 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.
Experience healing on the lake, canoe meditation
The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of canoe meditation experience in canoe meditation femtour participants. For this purpose, 18 questionnaires(16 female and 2 male) participated in canoe meditation were collected and analyzed. The results are as follow. First, Canoe Meditation Femtour participants said that they got mental and spiritual health. If leisure sports has only pursued entertainment and fun in the meantime, this study reveals that hearing is the reason for leisure sports beyond entertainment and fun. Second, they prefer leisure sports which can experience with family and healing together with family, rather than simply seeking health and fun. Third, participants were able to observe that they achieved peace of mind through canoe meditation and seemed satisfied. In the end, it was found that the purpose of choosing leisure sports for canoe meditation participants was healing. I can confirm that the main purpose of family health is also healing. In order to be successful in leisure sports tourism in Korea, we need to focus on healing rather than focusing on entertainment. When leisure sports are not just for fun but for healing, there will be more people participating in leisure sports. Leisure sports tourism targeting them will also gain competitiveness.
